No, to do engineering and to appear in any entrance exam you will need to have maths as compulsory and main subject accompanied with physics and chemistry.

First of all it won't be possible to take the maths after class 12th and since you don't have maths in your curriculum so unfortunately you won't be able to take the JEE mains entrance exam inorder to go for the engineering colleges like good government / private colleges but yaah one more option is there if you wish to write the JEE mains then also you can write it but yaah for that you have to read the topics of maths and with that you can be able to take the admission in private engineering institutes for the engineering branches which are related with the bio field like Bio medical , Bio informatics etc.
