Hi Nazreen,
I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, as per the news EAMCET ranks for 5137 MPC students and 1600 Bipc students who passed Supplementary will be announced soon may be this week. So most probably you will eligible for 2nd round of counseling. Don't worry.
