I also had the same doubt last year and I was also a bit nervous. But as large number of students have uploaded the photo without name and date so NTA accepted the applications in which photos were without name and date.

I think that this year also the same as happened, so no need to worry about.

NTA guidelines dictate that you should mention time and date on your photograph. But in case you do not but your photograph follows the dimensions, then NTA will still accept the uploaded image and will not notify you asking you to upload another photograph. So until NTA doesnt notify you, you have nothing to be worried about.
