Please mention which form you are asking about here. In any case, if the form says "You have taken an action to rectify the defect. Your application is under process" it means that they have acknowledged the fact that you have made the necessary corrections on your paret. Howevr if there are still some changes to be made they will inform that to you via mail or sms as your application is still under processing incase there are further defects.
