Well, firstly congratualations brother for a decent performance in JEE mains.

Considering your PwD quota, it would be easier for me to uide if you had told your home state along with it.

But still, your rank is good enough to find a place in the decent branch of good NIT.

I would recommend you to prefer NIT having decent alumni base, can provide adequate exposure and to be close to your hometown, to avoid any serious health issues.

Sir Mr. AA, I am from U.P. Sir, I got MANIT Bhopal in first seat allotment round of Jossa 2019. Electrical Engineering is alloted to me, but I am not satisfied with this.So I decided to float.Kimdly advice me what should I do.Thank You

Firstly you can just call me sir or bhaiya. (no need of Mr. AA :D)Well, I hope you get MNNIT A. You'll feel like in a home. Though MANIT is also good.Right now, I would say you dont take any stress. God rewards everyone's hardwork. Also, you have done wise to take a float option. Have patience and wait for further rounds results. You'll surely get what you have desired in your 5-6th round.Be, in touch for any further query!Kudos!
