The cut offs for previous years you can see at ICAR Exam

Regarding your rank it's completely depending upon what's going to be the scores of the students who are going to write this year.

When you qualify the exam you will be asked for filling up the colleges that you prefer .

You may get your desired college in second or third round of counseling also that depends .

Generally high cut offs go for colleges like GB PANTNAGAR ,TNAU ,PAU,GKVK etc

Just try to score as much as you can.Dont think about rank because its relative to how much marks students will be scoring this year
