Cutoffs depend on various factors like number of students appeared for the exam and the marks obtained by them,the difficulty level of the entrance examination,number of available seats and previous year’s cut off trends. Therefore it is difficult to predict an exact cutoff.Since you have a general rank below 500 and a good category rank,you have a good chance to get government colleges. However it will known for sure during counselling based on the number of seats and applicants.
