hi kummari,

taking the education of past 7 years,you have majority of it in andhra pradesh.since the major part of your education has been done in andhra pradesh you will be local in andhra pradesh. and non-local in karnataka.

U r not local. U have studied onlt 2 year in Karnataka. For domicile u should study minimum 8 year.
