When it comes to neet then you are not allowed to change your photo unless you get notified by nta through your email or mobile which you have provided while filling neet application form.

Also, no mention of your name and date on the photo should not be a issue but you will be notified by NTA in case if they think that your uploaded photo doesn't meet their requirements.
In case you get notified then you should upload another photo with name and date on it using neet correction window.

But , if you don't get notified then you need to worry at all and you should consider that everything is fine with your application form.

So, you don't need to do anything regarding your upload photo unless you get notified by nta.
