If you uploaded a state OBC certificate by mistake but you actually have a valid Central OBC-NCL certificate, your claim is usually verified at the document verification stage. Your application ia not rejected at result stage for this reason, but you must produce the correct Centre OBC-NCL certificate when asked, otherwise the OBC benefit may be cancelled.
