For correction of Fathers name in 10th and 12th, and if you have studied in CBSE syllabus, then you have to apply through your school to CBSE Delhi.

Best part is contacting an advocate, because legal papaers are needed for this correction if it is late.

My name was corrected in CBSE 10th with the help of an Highcourt advicate.

If you studied in an state Board, then you have to apply in the respective headoffice of that board in your District through your school.

Paper notification can be asked during the correction time along with the legal papaers.
