as you want to know does chindwara medical college will participate in neet 2019 or not. i can not say anything about it but as i know it is not ready to provide their services this year so their are most of chances that it will not fall under neet 2019. 

but a clear thing will come out at the time of filling of college preference before the counseling or in the allotment of seat day.
