If you participate in the CSAB counselling rounds for admission into IITs/ NITs/ IIITs, etc and then at the end of the counselling process if you are not allotted any seat then you have to choose for the withdrawal from the counselling process. Once you have done that the authorities will deduct an amount of Rs.1500/- as the counselling processing fee and then would refund the balance amount to you at your mentioned credentials. This process usually takes some time but should be completed within a month after the counselling ends.
