The obc certificate validity is 3 years. So if you obtained the OBC certificate in 2017, it is valid until 2020. And as JIPMER exam is in 2019 only and the counselling will also happen in 2019 only you dont need to apply for another OBC certificate. This will be helpful for you. You can upload this certificate only. There will be no problem.
