You have to take this issue to your examination department.All the marks, results, awarding grades etc are done by your college/university examination department.If there are any discripencies in your result you can take the issue to your respective department and examination department in your college.They will help you with the same.

I'll recommend you to contact your college authorities immediately regarding this issue. You must talk to your teachers and faculties of your college about the issue and inform them that your internal marks are not added.
