their is no chance to get degree in both, you may select only one either engineering or architecture 

architecture is the best course compare to engineering.

In no where india you wont find course including Barch and Btech its two different ways while i have suggestion for it give try for NATA and other engineering entrance examination as well while see in which you will get best and top college go for them
Personally i would like to suggest is engineering has  lot of competition compare to architecture
While architecture is very good stream
