Hi friend.
Thanks for the question.

Sorry to say,As per you rank and marks, there is no chance for you to get into a govt medical college in other state through the 15% all india quota.

You can try for 85% state quota, but there is also little hope.
I would advise you to attend the state quota counselling and hope for the best.
