The application procedure can be found online for IIET. However the course details specify that required percentage in class XII board examination should be more than 50 % in which case SC/ST/Other reserved castes get a relaxation of 5% in this matter. Also diploma courses is available in IIET on subjects such as Computers. Good luck!
