Hello hemanth
No the eligibility criteria for jee mains will be like it depends on the score, rank based on these criteria and also based on the category the qualifying marks or percentile will vary
They will not consider the eligibility only by comsidering the PU marks

Sri iam now studying puc 2 my puc2 GPA IS 6.5 and my avarage for puc 1 and 2 GPA is 5.5 and iam pwd candidate iam i elegable for jee mains

And i have got 92 percentile in jee mains january 2019 my only doubt is my My puc GPA iam i elegible for addmission in NITS for the above Gpa i have mentioned

Sorry for delay in reply actually for nit there should be atleast 75% in 12th class for sure this is the perfect information by jee mains officals

But for Pwd the there should be 65 percentage right
