Eligibility of accreditation journalist he orshe has been working in a organisation of newspaper publishing house at least 5 years experience with a  full time job appointment in an organisations which has turnover of atleast 20 lacs per month and he earns at least rupees 4500 per month from this concern andor he has experience of  15 years as a freelance journalist.
