Hello Naveen,
Yes ofcourse,you can apply for re appear.You can apply to give your compartment exam of total two subjects without additional subject and with additional subject you are allowed to give compartment exam of total three subject.As you want to give compartment exam with additional subject so you are definitely eligible to give exam of two subjects.
