I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Dear I can't exactly say whether they accept or not but in most of the cases they allow you if you request them at the Counseling Centre. Even though they accept but you have some loss because even though your rank is good you may not get some colleges because they may be filled in the previous day on which actually you have to attend. Don't worry go to the center and request them they will accept but next time remember important things.
