Dear Akash,

It basically works the following ways:

1)If you are alloted a seat and if you don't choose any option, your fees will be refunded in your account.

2)If you are alloted a seat but you choose the withdraw option then also the fees will be refunded.

3)Fees won't be refunded if you choose the freeze option and select the college been alloted.

Also, if no college is alloted the fees will be refunded to your respective account.
