Dear Student,
Its really interesting to see that you want to go for a course like CA along with your B.COM.
I would like to inform you that Yes you are eligible for Applying for CA foundation course. But let me tell you first you would have to give your CPT exam. If you qualify it then you can go ahead with the course.
