Sir im from andhra,i got 14k rank in neetpg ,obc candidate,what are my chances to get gen medicine in privatecollege in karnataka,fees?

Hi Jaya,

You have a decent rank. Since you belong to the reserved category, your category rank will be much less. Since you are from Andhra and want to take admission at Karnataka first let us take a look at the eligibility criteria for admission at Karnataka, :-

  • Candidates must have completed their MBBS from a college registered under a Medical Council of India.
  • Candidates must be registered under Medical Council of India.
  • Candidates must have completed their rotatory internship on or before 31st March, 2019.

Though you might be satisfying all the above criteria but only 10% of the total seats in KPCF, KRLMPCA and AMPCK colleges are there for students from other state, rest seats are given preference to the candidates who have done their MBBS from a college of Karnataka. Based on the above details I feel you have very low chances of getting a chance in a Private college in Karnataka.
