Generally cutoffs changes every year as it depends upon various factors like difficulty of the question, no. of students in the exam, etc.

But in general if you consider the rank formula with previous year cutoffs then you rank will be around 60K(category rank) and with this rank you can get few North Eastern NiT's with Chemical, Biotechnology  or Civil in rare case.
