As per CPAT eligibility, a candidate sould have PCB and English in class 12th. The minimum age criteria is 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year and maximum 25 years.

So if you had Biology and English in your 12th then yes you will be eligible.

Moreover, The CPAT syllabus has important sections which includes:

Physics

Botony

Chemistry

Zoology

So you can start preparing accordingly as the forms will be declared in the month of September.
