As per your requirement, i would say that for exact correct answers you definitely need to wait for the official answer keys of aiims that too shift wise. 

As you have said that the answer key are altered for most of thr questions so you will not get the exact calculation of marks  of your exam so you need to wait till all the answers of all shifts are released along with the questions mentioned to get the confirmed answer.
