SSC CHSL - the minimum educational requirement is that the candidate should have passed class 12th. And since chemistry is one of your main subjects rather than being optional or as if in an extra one therefore you are not eligible for SSC CHSL but yes there is a condition that if you can get your qualification on or before cut off date then you are eligible so in that case you can appear in the exam.

And for SSC CGL the minimum educational requirement is that the candidate should have their graduation completed.
