Sir in jee advanced 2019 in numerical value section if my answer came 4 I have entered only 4 not as 4.00 will I get marks or not .....

Hi Ritika ! See it depends on the question. If in the question it is stated that you have to answer in two decimal places then you have to write 4.00 or else if nothing is stated then simply write 4. In the latter situation you can also write 4.00, it doesn't matter. So best of luck to you.

Sir actually in our exam instructions were written as     If numerical value has more than two decimal places than truncate /round off your answer upto two decimal placesThis created the confusionIn this condition should I have write 4 or4.00

Absolutely 4.00 because they stated that you have to keep it two decimal.
