Neet 2020 examination is of 720 marks which comprises of
Biology:360
Chemistry:180
Physics:180
So as you can see the maximum marks are held by biology . Moreover your negative marks in one subject won't effect your marks in another subject. Bit it will surely effect your overall score.
Hope it helped!

There are total 180 questions in Neet. 45 questions from Physics, 45 from Chemistry, and 90 questions from Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each question carries 4 marks. And 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong response. Now total marks is calculated this way, total score of all right answers - total score of wrong responses. Now if you have answered 100 questions. Among these 100 questions, 10 answers were found wrong. Therefore your total marks will be (90x 4) - (10x1) which ia equal to 350. The negative marking will affect the overall score. There is nothing like subjectwise score in Neet, however subject wise score will be there on the result but your total marks will be considered for counselling and admission. http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-exam-pattern
