Yes school keaving certificate is must.
Also you need following documents which are mandatory :

Categories caste certificate if from OBC, SC, ST, PWD, Defence.
Domicile if from maharashtra
Xth, Xth scorecard or passing certificate
MHTCET scorecard and admit card
MHTCET registration form
Migration certificate.
