Ajay Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad seems to be a good choice for you. The college has low hostel fees compared to other collegs whereas the tuition fees remains same in every UPTU college. The placement for CSE,IT and ECE is very good but not for EEE and Mechanical.

This is the best private college under UPTU that matches your prefrences,Although I would suggest you to opt for college under IPU or any other college since there are not so many opportunities provided.
