Hi jai

If you apply for 15 % AIQ then you do not need domicile certificate but if you have to apply for state qouta then you must have 10 years living in tamilnadu domicile certificate thank you...

If you are going to apply for 15% AIQ then your Rajasthan Domicile certificate will do .. for admission in Tamil Nadu.!
