• The college is autonomus in nature but is a part of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and the college also has been accredited 'A' grade by NAAC. 
• The college offers programmes like B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MBA. 
• The college has the facilities like boys hostel, girls hostel, gym, library, cafeteria, sports, wifi, medical/hospital, alumni association, transport etc. 
• Talking about placements, a MBA student geta a average package of 4.20 Lakhs. 
• As per the students reviews, the college is improving day by day and is becoming a good college overall. 

Now according to me, the college is good in terms of recognition, facilities etc. But if placements for MBA are considered then it wouldn't be a good option since the package is too low for an MBA graduate. Better keep this college as a last option and try for other colleges too for now. But overall Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology is a good college.

The college is mainly judge in two factors. Faculty and Placement. Faculties are good. Coming from different and well knowned industries. The placement is decent. The companies are looking for skilled people with a professional attitude. A lot of renowned names in the corporate world comes to college to hire these professionally trained students and offer them a very good salary. Some of the companies that show interest in college every year are DLF, Wipro, TATA, HDFC bank, Havells, HCL, Kotak, SBI bank, etc. The college trains all the students to perform better at job interviews. This training helps the students to secure good pay packages and better job opportunities. The average package goes around 2 LPA.
