No, you only have to pay the money before the counseling starts. After paying that fee, you will have to verify your documents at the college where you are taking admission. If you cancel your admission in the next rounds, your money will be refunded with a penalty fee of Rs 1000. If you do not cancel your admission upto the spot round, then no money will be refunded even if you do not take admission.
