Yes , this year due to the COVID pandemic , AEEE exam is going to be held as proctoring examination, where you web camera will record all your activities and see wheather you are using any unfair means for writing the exam. Without the webcam there won't be any proof of you writing your exam sincerely.

If you can't afford it then ask someone for , or you can borrow it at rent. Or else you can write your exam from a center where you can use computer with webcam paying hour wise(if centers are open). Or else you can buy 2nd handed webcam, you will get it at cheap rate.
