Dear Sir/Ma'm, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences have their own entrance exams based on the results of which admission takes place. Also you need to have a minimum cut-off in your boards. What matters is how you perform in the AIIMS entrance test as it is the deciding factor for you admission to AIIMS.
