Since you have not clarified what you want but as per my understanding, you are asking whether you will get home state quota while admission in college or not. For getting home state quota you have to provide domicile certificate from Punjab. Since you have completed 11th and 12th class from Punjab you can get your certificate issued and get Home State Quota.
