dear Abhay maurya,

haan ho sakta hai magar lateral entry polytechnic me bas wo hi candidate apply ker sakte hai jo ITI means industrial training institute se 2 year ya 1year ka course complete kiya ho .ITI passout student ko hi sirf polytechnic me lateral enty mil sakta hai jisme unko diploma me direct second year me addmission milta hai.
