Dear Aspirant,

If you are eligible for admission through reserved category rank then you category rank will be considered and suppose if you have applied for admission to other states then your category rank won't be valid ,in this case of your Ur rank will be taken into consideration.

Sir I am a resident of Bihar and in BCECE 2018 my SC rank is 581 and ur rank is 7191 then how likely I would get a better college?
