hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that firstly be calm and dont panic in this . If this site closed unexpectedly then their is no mistake of yours . Though their is no use of application forms once the admit card is releasred but still to be on safe side . Kindly mail to the higher authorities to provide application form and mention the application number . they will revert back for sure
