With reference to your query,  I am sorry to say that you dont have even passing marks in science , mostly in schools science stream is very demanding due to which schools have to set high cgpa as cut off for selection of students . I can assure you can go to IT sector after commerce and you will have many opportunities , so dont worry and keep focused
