15% quota seats of the colleges admission will be through AIPVT on the basis of NEET score & rest of seats will be filled through the state level exam. Based on this score the chances are less to get a Government seat. But yes you belong from the ST category so there are much more chances for you to get the seat. Last year some rank around 395 got admission into the college through RPVT, so you stand a good chance.
