The B.Tech course duration is between three to four years, depending on the country and the institution. In India, the duration to complete the degree is four years, spread over eight semesters. The course duration is same for everyone unless someone has done diploma in relevant subject.

Since you have completed your class 12 and currently pursuing BA, it will take 4 years for you to complete B.Tech.
