If you missed the Class 12 CBSE registration deadline (which was 3rd September 2025) , the chances of a new date being announced are very low. As per the official CBSE notification, the last date is fixed and no extension is usually given after the deadline .

However, what you can do:

1. Contact your school immediately – Sometimes schools can request the regional office for late registration in genuine cases.

2. Write to the CBSE regional centre – Explain your reason and ask if late registration or special permission is possible.

3. Check private candidate option – In some cases, CBSE allows students to appear as private candidates if regular registration is missed.

4. Keep checking official CBSE website – In rare cases, CBSE may release a corrigendum or grace period.
