To sit for BJYU's, you need to have 60% throughout your 10th, 12th and graduation. Not only this, also you need to have an excellent communication, presentation and managerial skills.
Preferred skills -

Keen interest in education
being interested in mentoring students
A knack for sales and positioning an idea
good interpersonal and presentation skills
