Eligibility for Indian Navy and Air Force:

Those seeking for Indian Navy and Air Force must have passed their 12th/appearing (10+2 pattern) from a recognized board or University with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject. .

You are eligible for NDA, you don't need to worry at all.  You are eligible with your marks as there's no minimum percentage barrier which needs to be fulfilled to be eligible for NDA. The only condition to be eligible is that Candidate should have passed Class 12th exam in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University and since you have passed 12th , you fulfil this criteria , so without any doubt you are eligible for NDA , for all the categories whether it is naval , army wing or nda airforce.
