Hey dear, make your question a bit clear about what exam are you asking about. I would consider the question for neet exam, so if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs colleges. So with 200 marks getting mbbs is not possible and if you belong to general category than getting other courses like bams and bhms is also tough.
