Better for you to get the new caste certificate against your old caste certificate in which your father's name has been mistaken. Have to apply to the respective authority from where you have got the casertificates it will likely from sub divisional office or Panchayat office or municipality whatever it may be. Pray with application with valid documents and proof they will issue the new caste certificate to you at an urgent basis. Otherwise there will be problem in the counselling of Neet ug  exam.

Since caste certificate is required during any type of counselling or admission procedure in college, so it is better that the certificates do not have any issues or mistakes in them. You should try to rectify the mistake by visiting the district level office, or you can make an affidavit by mentioning the correct name spelling.
